Petra Đurman has graduated in 2012 at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Zagreb. She obtained her PhD in Public Law and Public Administration in 2019 by defending the thesis under the title The influence of organisational variables on the process and results of participation in public administration. In 2020 she obtained the annual Mzia Mikeladze award for the best PhD thesis in the field of public administration and public policy in CEE by the NISPAcee. She has also obtained the award 'Eugen Pusić' by the Croatian Institute of Public Administration for the best paper in the category of young scientists in 2020. She is the author of several scientific papers and she participated at numerous national and international conferences. Her professional field of interest includes public administration openness and relation to citizens, public participation, regulatory management, e-government and open data. She is a member of Croatian Institute of Public Administration and Croatian Political Science Association.
