Nina Tepeš is a law graduate and a PhD at Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb. She has finished Postgraduate Course on European Law, WTO Law, International Commercial Arbitration and International Business Law at the Asser College Europe in Asser Institute, the Hague. She obtained an LL.M., IBL degree at CEU. She is a professor at Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, where she lectures commercial and company law at undergraduate, Master and PhD level. She has published on a range of topics relating to private international law, arbitration, commercial and company law.
