Legal sources (international, regional and national) meant for prohibition of discrimination in the area of labor law and social security; the content of the concept of discrimination in employment and in the field of social security; exceptions to the prohibition of discrimination in employment and social security; legal consequences of discrimination in employment and social security (implementation of guaranteed rights / remedies); specificities of discrimination on prohibited grounds (gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, religion, etc.); Above mentioned is analyzed by the case law of the ECHR, the CJEU, national courts and domestic legislation, in order to determine whether the victims of discrimination are adequatly protected. |
