The Faculty of Law offers two outstanding Summer Schools.

We would appreciate if you could inform your students about these Summer schools and about the reduction of €50 for students from our partner universities.

Students will be able to tick a box for the reduction when applying online.

Legal Technology and Legal Innovation 5 - 9 September 2022, On campus at the University of Antwerp

Introductory course in Python code language and developing own legal tech solutions (chatbots, legal search engines, smart contracts). The course also involves an introduction to the concept of legal design thinking.

Applications must be finalized (online) by 15 May 2022 for visa-required participants, and by 15 July 2022 for all other participants. 

Companies Crossing Borders 27 June - 1 July 2022, On campus at the University of Antwerp or online

This summer school focuses on key legal considerations for companies crossing borders. This will be done from various perspectives: mergers and acquisitions, (aggressive) tax (planning), labour, intellectual property, insolvency and international contracts.

Applications must be finalized (online) by 1 May 2022 for non-EU nationals on campus, and by 15 May 2022 for EU nationals and online participants.
