Description
Filed placement starts with an orientation meeting where students get to know the goals, the content and possible organisations (NGO's and social care institutions) where practice take place (8 hours). After the orientation meeting, students can choose NGO or organisation, according to their preferences, they meet their practice teachers in the field and get to know the users who applied for the field placement program. During the semester,on weekly bases students have individual contacts with their users (40 hours). Users have active role participating in co-creation of weekly meetings where student has an opportunity to learn about users' needs, aspirations, services and policy of the organisation/institution. Group supervision is organised during the field placement, led by licenced supervisors (12 hours)
Nakon zaključnih susreta slijedi pismena i usmena evaluacija svih sudionika terenske prakse.

Students independently prepare their own example from practice for presentation in supervision and reflect it with the supervisor and members of the supervision group according to the principles of work in group supervision, integrating ethical and theoretical connections with the subject matter of the course. After practice they submit structured notes about experiences from field practice.
