Department of Law of the University of Sassari (Italy) and the Association for the Promotion of University Studies in Central Sardinia (Consorzio per la promozione degli Studi universitari nella Sardegna centrale), in collaboration with the Town Council of Nuoro, the Italian Council for the European Movement, Europe Direct and the Nuoro Chamber of Commerce, are pleased to offer a Summer School on «The Future of Human Rights in Europe» to be held in Nuoro from 18th to 23rd July, 2016. At the end of the course, two scholarships of 350 Euros each will be awarded for a study trip to Strasburg in October 2016, based on an evaluation of the practical work carried out by participants during the Summer School. The study trip will provide scholarship holders with the opportunity to participate actively (as far as it is permitted) in the work of the Council of Europe, the European Court of human rights and the plenary sessions of the European Parliament.
