Dear Colleagues and Friends,

As you may well know, a strong earthquake that hit Zagreb on Sunday 22 March caused widespread damage around the City, and our Faculty was not spared either. Unfortunately, the premises located at Nos 14 and 3 Trg Republike Hrvatske and at 51 Nazorova ulica were the ones that suffered the heaviest damage, and had been declared dangerous for use by the construction experts.

These difficult times call for unity, and we would like to thank our alumni, as well as to a number of students for the initiative to establish a donation account for the reconstruction of the damaged premises. Dean Igor Gliha and Vice-Deans, Maja Seršić, Siniša Petrović, Tereza Rogić Lugarić and Marko Jurić already took the first step and donated part of their salaries in the total amount of HRK 20,000.00
