Dodatni seminarski ispit/Additional seminar exam

Poštovani studenti,

kako smo vas već izvijestili u obavijesti od 4.6. u cetvrtak 21. lipnja održat će se ponoivljeni seminarski ispit za one studente koji nisu uspjeli proći niti jedan od dva kolokvija. 

Seminarski ispit će se održati u četvrtak, 21. 6. s početkom u 11.15 u dvorani I u Gundulićevoj.

Redovni ispit iz europskog prava održat će se prije toga tako da studenti koji isotvremeno žele izaći i na ispit, imaju tu mogućnost. Upis ocjena iz seminara onim studentima koji prođu dodatni seminarski ispit izvršit će se isti dan pod uvjetom da su prijavili seminarski rok putem ISVU.

Za razliku od kolokvija, ovaj dodatni rok piše se sa zatvorenom knjigom i obuhvaća cjelokupno gradivo iz europskog javnog prava. Ispit neće međutim, kao što nisu ni kolokviji, zahtjevati memoriranje napamet, već razumijevanje materije. 

Ispit će imati 15 pitanja od kojih se 5 vežu uz hipotetsku sitaciju. Piše se 35 minuta i nosi 15 bodova. Za prolaz je potrebno 8 bodova.

Dear students,

as we have already informed you in the Announcement of 4 June, the additional seminar exam for the students who have not passed any of the two colloquiums will take place on Thursday, 21 June. Zhe exam will take place in Gunduliceva, classroom No 1. Exam starts at 11.15 and takes 35 minutes. The regular exam will take place before that, so that the students who planned to write the exam on the same date, cam make it.

The seminar exam covers the entire subject of EU law. Unlike the colloquium, it is a closed book exam, which means that you cannot use any matrials as aid. However, it will not require that you memorize facts, but rather to show the understanding of the EU law concepts. Exam has 15 questions, 5 of which are connected to a hypothetical case. 8 points is minimum to pass the exam.

The exam will be corrected immediately after it takes place, and the grades will be entered for those students who have passed and are registered in the ISVU system.
