The course German for Public Administration in the second semester of studies includes the following themes: levels of public administration in Federal Republic of Germany, state administration in the Republic of Croatia, local self-governance and European Charter of Local Self-Government. Students are encouraged to apply their existing knowledge about connections between state structure and levels of public administration in the work on new themes.
Besides working on single legal terms, collocations and multi-word expressions, students practice syntactical structures relevant for the understanding of academic texts. Students are expected to actively participate in the class work and to compare Croatian and German state system and system of public administration.
