Description
Introduction: Diplomatic and Consular Law (history, sources); diplomatic relations. Diplomatic law: organs of international relations; diplomatic representatives. Diplomatic representatives of one state in another: Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations (1961); members of the diplomatic mission; head of the diplomatic mission; members of the diplomatic staff; other members of the diplomatic mission. Functions of the diplomatic mission. Diplomatic privileges and immunities: privileges and immunities of the diplomatic mission; privileges and immunities of diplomatic agents and other members of the diplomatic mission. Special missions: Convention on Special Missions (1969); concept of special missions; functions of special missions; privileges and immunities of special missions. The representation of states in international organizations: Vienna Convention on the Representation of States in Their Relations with International Organizations of a Universal Character (1975); concept and classification of international organizations; the representatives od states to international organizations; privileges and immunities.
