Dr. Tamara Perišin, MJur (Oxon), graduated at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb in 2002. In 2003, as a Chevening scholar, she earned the degree Magister Juris in European and Comparative Law at the Faculty of Law, University of Oxford, St. Edmund Hall. As a part of her doctoral research, Tamara Perišin studied as a visiting researcher at the Asser College Europe, T.M.C. Asser Institute, The Hague and as a Fulbright scholar at the Georgetown University, Washington D.C. and at the University of Michigan Law School, Ann Arbor, and in 2007 she earned a Ph.D. degree at the University of Zagreb. As a part of her post-doctoral research Tamara Perišin was a “visitor-in-the-cabinet” of Advocate General Sharpston at the European Court of Justice in Luxembourg, a Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Fellow at the Central European University, Budapest, and a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg. In 2009 she passed the Croatian bar exam. Concerning T. Perišin’s working experience, she currently works as an associate professor at the Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb, is a Member of the Working Group for Free Movement of Goods in the EU Accession Negotiating Team of the Croatian Government, and the Executive Editor of Croatian Yearbook of European Law and Policy. Her scientific interests include EU law, particularly in the area of internal market; law of the WTO; and human rights. She is an author of many articles and of the book "Free Movement of Goods and Limits of Regulatory Autonomy in the EU and WTO", T.M.C. Asser Press.
Doc dr. sc. Tamara Perišin MJur (Oxon), diplomirala je 2002. godine na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu, a 2003. godine je kao Chevening stipendist magistrirala europsko i komparativno pravo na Sveucilištu u Oxfordu, Pravni fakultet, St Edmund Hall. U sklopu izrade doktorata, Tamara Perišin provodila je istraživanje na Asser College Europe, u T.M.C. Asser institutu, den Haag, te, kao stipendistica Fulbright programa, na Sveucilistu Georgetown, Washington D.C., i Pravnom fakultetu Sveucilista Michigan, Ann Arbor, a 2007. godine stekla je titulu doktora znanosti. Nakon doktorata, Tamara Perišin je u sklopu svog znanstvenog i stručnog usavršavanja bila “visitor-in-the-cabinet” kod nezavisne odvjetnice Sharpston na Europskom sudu pravde u Luxembourgu, Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Fellow na Central European University, Budapest, stipendist i gostujući istaživač na Max Planck institutu za komparativno javno pravo i međunarodno pravo u Heidelbergu te je 2009. godine položila pravosudni ispit. Tamara Perišin zaposlena je na Katedri za europsko javno pravo na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, vrši funkciju izvršnog urednika casopisa “Croatian Yearbook of European Law and Policy” te je član Radne skupine za pripremu pregovora za članstvo Hrvatske u Europskoj uniji u području poglavlja I, Sloboda kretanja roba. Podrucja njenog znanstvenog interesa ukljucuju pravo Europske unije, osobito u području unutarnjeg tržišta; pravo Svjetske trgovinske organizacije; te ljudska prava. Autorica je niza znanstvenih radova te knjige "Free Movement of Goods and Limits of Regulatory Autonomy in the EU and WTO", T.M.C. Asser Press.
