Mislav Mataija, LL.M., zaposlen je na Katedri za europsko javno pravo kao asistent. Diplomirao je na Pravnom fakultetu u Zagrebu 2007, a studirao je i filozofiju na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu. Kao Fulbrightov stipendist godine 2009. magistrirao je na Pravnom fakultetu Sveučilišta Columbia u New Yorku, gdje je za uspjeh u studiju nagrađen titulom James Kent Scholar. Tijekom studija, bio je član drugoplasiranog tima na međunarodnom natjecanju European Law Moot Court, dobitnik Posebne rektorove nagrade i glavni urednik časopisa Pravnik. Područja njegovog znanstvenog interesa uključuju pravo unutrašnjeg tržišta, pravo konkurencije i pravo međunarodne trgovine.
Mislav Mataija, LL.M., is employed at the Department of European Public Law as a research assistant. He graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law in 2007, and also studied philosophy at the Faculty of Philosophy in Zagreb. He obtained his LL.M. in 2009, as a Fulbright Scholar, at Columbia Law School in New York, where he was named James Kent Scholar in recognition of his academic achievement. During his studies, he was member of the second-best team at the European Law Moot Court Competition, recepient of the University of Zagreb Rector's Award and editor-in-chief of the law journal „Pravnik“. His research interests include internal market law, competition law and international trade law.
